I'm constantly on the hunt for the best camera pack out there, so I'm super excited to test out the new Boreas Aperture Pack. There doesn't exist a perfect camera bag for every situation, its just not the way it works. There are too many styles and categories of photographers all with their own unique needs. In my case, I am always looking for a bag that can safely transport my gear in the mountains. I'll be taking this bag on some climbs and hikes and be reviewing it from the perspective of an adventure photographer.
As the website describes, the Aperture Pack is a "technical backpack with a structured camera case inside. The internal case can be reconfigured to fit any equipment, and be used separately with a removable shoulder strap. The outer pack, with tuckable hipbelt and modular Super-Tramp Suspension ensures your movement is unhindered."
Unfortunately, I can already tell that carrying water is going to be an issue with this bag. But, stay tuned for a full review of the bag after I get it on a couple of adventures.
